While I haven't seen it yet I hear JIO is a new kid on the block and offers the most comprehensive Indian content available.
Have you checked out express or voodoo? They may suit your needs.
Check out bluesky iptv. I tried it a while ago, It was the only one with pak selection
As a user, I have tried few and so far Gold IPTV has proved to be the best all Desi content (Indian , pakistani, afghani etc). I can provide the contact details in direct message if you like.

Express or voodoo can help with pak/indian stuff. They are definitely the best and have great vod.
Neither gives more than one connection though. You are stuck with one connection per device.
Express like the others have said is very solid.
There was two days in the entire past two years where it completely failed. But I have about 7 or 8 aunts and uncles that I got converted to express and nobody has regretted the decision

Express has Indian, English USA and Europe, kids and Ton VOD. No Pakistani specific channels but it has a Urdu selection, just not sure if it’s Pakistani or not.
