You need a paid service, I'm guessing the free links you have been provided have stopped working.

I can help you out with a free trial just to look and see how it works :) it's pretty simple to setup.

If you paid for service then provider should give you m3u or at least can upload your channels with MAC address. Head to AliExpress and search for IPTV there are docents of them over there most with Arabia group support, get a test m3u to try out.
