Internet provider blocking some channels

I'm facing problems with my internet provider. When I run my STB emulator, I can see the channels, the EPG, and some channels working really good.... but most of them only I got a black screen, or if they load, they freeze after 5 sec.

I tried to run the same application under my smartphone (4g) and them all problems solved.... under my Wi-fi (with or without VPN) doesn't work properly (my internet is 250mb)

Anything that can I do to fix my wi-fi/internet provider???

any DNS change, or port forward that can fix it?

You've answered your own question, VPN! The VPN is used to get around your provider issues.

Is it possible your VPN is using only IPv4 and your connection using IPv6? I've had issues with a VPN not working because my connection was using a soften IP version.
