[Questions] Are there any IPTV players/services that offer French Closed Captions? Also, when using a VPN does it hide my location even if I choose a server in the country I live in?

Device: Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K

IPTV Service: OceanIPTV

VPN: NordVPN

Location: USA

I'm not sure how BuzzTV works but for the Fire Stick it was simple. I had previously signed up with NordVPN through the Google Play app store and used that log in information on the Amazon App Store. The NordVPN app is available through the Amazon Fire Stick.
