I have a technical question or so i believe. Last night while watching boxing, the channel went down. I switched to another service and it was up and running. I switched to my 3rd service and it was running as well. Now many of them use the same sources/providers, so what could have caused something like this to happen? Also it wasnt on my end as it went down for everyone.
Some providers are restreaming a different service. So if a server that’s upstream from your provider drops the connection, then your provider loses their stream. Your secondary services might be restreaming from somewhere else or have their own servers that are picking up the top suppliers stream.
