How to give feedback to (Helix) about wrong listings

by jamescridland

I use a Helix reseller, I think, and they're very good.

I've a few boring bits of feedback about channels. There's a few in the wrong place in the channel list and one that has the wrong EPG information.

What's the best way to do that? I kind of don't want to hassle the reseller, since it isn't their fault.

Hassle the reseller. They're more likely to listen to a seller who brings them lots of business, than a single customer in my opinion.

Not worth it. They have thousands of channels.

Sometimes I’ll see correct channel listings on a set of channels one day, then the very next they will be wrong. And vice versa, sometimes I’ll see incorrect epg listings, and then without anything it will be corrected before the week is over.

If it’s that big of an issue, you can always use third party epg/xmltv data files, but the effort in that is likely more than its worth for most people.

How's it run? I'm considering getting a helix subscription but I'm new and don't know anything. What are the big companies of iptv if you know?
