IPTV in Australia

by shaunmps4

So IPTV works great for me on Telstra FTTB NBN 100mbit. I use around 2-3TB a month just on it as well.

Just wondering though do any other aussies find it hard to get friends or family on to it due to just how inconsistent Australian internet speeds and reliable ISPs are?

Been using my tvx1 service with speeds sometimes going as low as 15mbps but so far, very minimal to no buffering experienced.

Also, others don't want to risk going for iptv since they think it's illegal. Is it though? lol

I've seen worse places with horrible internet connection. Never heard of my family or friends complaining about their internet in Australia.

SimiLuke

I've been to places with far worse internet.

it's probably because they think it's too complicated and some don't like to give out cc info online.

Price of Foxtel in Australia for the limited sports coverage or non in terms of some sports like soccer is ridiculous

can't use iptv properly with frequent buffering or even disconnections

I have discovered that your ISP is very important when using IPTV I Have tried myrepublic and all i got was constant buffering. The moment I switched to Telstra it works fine on both NBN FTTP and on 4G
