They are all fairly shit quality when they do work. And they don’t work often.

These all would only be useful as backups. There are no good completely free iptv services. And these should not be used to gauge the quality of streams from a service you would actually pay for as paid iptv services usually always work and are usually very clear.
As stated by others try iptv services that have free trials. You can find super cheap very good near cable like quality services for $5-$15 a month easily.
There are loads of free m3us. Just use google and type that in. Don't expect too much mind you...
Have you tried that app before? If so, how is it compared to GSE?
Does IPTVX and Glory V work on both appletv and fireTV AKA FIRESTICK?
I use IPTVX with my iptv007 sub with no issues .
