I am so tired of Bell and would like to find a telecom company that offers a similar TV subscription that offers pvr and similar packages to Bell and does not require you to have internet with them. Any advice or companies you can think of that you may have?

formuler z7+ or z8 boxes are the best IPTV box as it has timeshift, pausing live tv, with its propetary software. the other android boxes wont PVR without a lot of effort
im by lake ontario and get a 15 over the air channels that are perfect for news late night game shows etc. its in a second story window essentially.

I was in the same boat. Couldn’t hate Bell cable/satellite enough.
Eventually, for less than half of what I used to pay to Bell, this is what I did and recommend:
find a good internet provider, independent of your cable. It was Virgin home internet for me, which is the same as Bell, but a lot cheaper. But honestly I could’ve gone with a bunch of others. You have to take this first step to get out of Bell’s clutches.
install a rooftop or attic antenna. If you can’t do it yourself, get someone to do it for you (I had that done for about $400 all in). That’ll give you the major network channels (US and Canadian) for free, forever. And it’s uncompressed 1080i - a lot better video quality than what you get on cable. If you want to record stuff, get the HD homerun tuner.
subscribe to Netflix, Amazon Prime and Crave (decent quality, great content, but back to Bell).
get an iptv box for everything else (should be around $10-15/month). This may not last forever, but will pay for itself (vs Bell) in a couple of months.
Between all of the above, you’ll get tons more content, less than half the price of Bell.
You could get all/most of this on a iptv box, but the audio/video quality isn’t great. That’s important to me so I keep the Netflix/Prime etc . If it’s not important to you, you’ll be done with just the iptv box.
Takes a little bit of a one time effort, but then you’re sorted for a long time.
