So I have been a subscriber to this service for sometime now and have had no problems until today. I can no longer log in. My sub has not expired. My login details have not changed. I asked the reseller to check it out for me. He sent me a video and screen shots showing that he can access the service from my account using my details. Yet I cannot. And I used both branded an unbranded apks. Still no luck. Can anyone help?
