VLC Player keeps changing stream every 20 seconds

Hi all,

As the title indicates my VLC player is changing stream automatically every 10 to 20 seconds. So i'm new to the world of IPTV and still figuring all this out (literally was born yesterday lol). I found a great m3u list and loaded it up on VLC for sports about 120 odd channels and it streams great quality. However, it will play one channel for a bit then jump to the next automatically and I can't figure out why. Had a look on here to see if this was answered at all and seems like I am the only one with this issue. I'm running the latest version for Mac.

It sounds like you are using a hacked account. Lots of people are using it so the streams are restarting frequently, each time it restarts VLC moves to the next channel. You may be lucky and the playlist will work for a number of days or it may get terminated today.

Press the "repeat" button twice. You should see it enabled with a small 1 on it. If the stream skipsz it will stay on the same channel.

I think that has to do with the stream not sending signal. OR you can click stop. Then a list of channels should appear. Then select the one you want.
