So this is a MAG322w1 and it's being set up with this Samsung TV but having issues. The device keeps losing signal or something, it just stops working right after booting up. Here is a video, hopefully someone has an idea of what to do to get this working.
Update: We've tried multiple HDMI ports, same thing. Multiple cables, same thing. We tried a different TV and it works on the other TV. Other devices work on this TV though in these same ports.
Have you tried swapping the hdmi port your using
