I don’t think there really is a best, what may work for me won’t necessarily work your side. I would recommend trialing several service and see what works best for you.

All providers will have EPG issues. All providers will have buffering.

If you are expecting to pay $5 for a decent service like that, you'd be hard pressed to find it. Some of the better providers like Voodoo, OK2, and OK3 are $11 per month. Buffering will always be an issue, if the upload source is having Internet problems.

For about five months, Nitro has been very solid for me. Trying not to jinx it, but no buffering at all. Sure, the servers go down here and there, but even that is rare.
I've also had beast for over six months, as my backup. EPG is lacking at times, and the server goes down briefly a couple times a week.
I also just plugged them both in to an emby server to finally have a DVR setup, as well as being able to streaming at a super low bit rate when I'm camping and using my "unlimited" data plan lol.
I have dreamstreams and I've praised it before, but for the last few weeks it has sucked ass. I no longer recommend it

Check out Excursion TV , they started up last year and have cam along way. Can't really say the are the best cause all IPTV services say that. You just need to find the one that fits your need. Check them out the give 24 hour trials. Even on the weekends and fight nights.
