24/7 channels are just channels that air a particular show/movie/etc 24 hours a day. Usually in sequential order, but not always.
As for the start/end that would be available on a EPG (episode guide) and I can't recall if Nitro offers that, or if Smarters app supports EPG. I currently do not have Nitro to check.
