I was using an IPTV provider and I’ve totally forgotten the name. I need to renew it but I can’t remember.
They had a separate website which allowed you to pay with PayPal. You were buying “business cards”.
Any ideas?

Sounds like Helix Hosting.
Not sure if it's still the case but they didn't want the other website that offers paypal being public but give out the URL if you submit a ticket on the main Helix site.
