These certain asshole IPTV providers are so quick to screech "RESTREAMER" instead of doing any research into your problem or even listening to a long time customer. I assume it's their version of a power trip when mom comes into the basement to tell them to clean up their old plates of chicken tendies.

First off, you need to realize that any provider that tends to stick around and be worth a dang in the long run is going to basically end up taking the same exact stance as Eternal did here. In fact, I don't know of any good providers with a strong track record period that are going to openly ok people putting their steams up on personal servers. Some are better and more active about tracking the people down that are doing it then others are, but the ban you took there is hardly unusual, or something different then the standard action to take when they do find it happening.

Secondly, everybody has their own get caught "I'm not trying to do anything malicious" sob story with that stuff, and at the end of the day there really is no way for a provider to tell who is telling the truth and who isn't. So taking the firm no exceptions stances just makes the most logical sense. Since by putting their streams up on your personal server, you also open that leak up to anybody that happens to come across and steal your shit. Which make no mistake happens all the freaking time. It's the pirate game...people are good at finding stuff. Or basically and to lay it out it in the most simple example terms as possible......catering to your setup preference and small $10/mo payment isn't worth taking the greater risk on the provider end that one of their PPV ends up showing up somewhere stupid that results in that them eating a much much more expensive server ban because of it.

Bottomline - you took a legit risk a lot of people do, got caught doing something they specifically make it a point to tell you not to, and ate a legit ban for it. Not one of the first 1000's of times it has happened, and it won't be the last. Plus if anybody just got put on a "watch out for" list here....it's you ;)

Any provider that boots someone for what ever reason should in my opinion refund a portion of your sub. I would never do that but more and more providers are being over loaded with the upturn of new users. This is a way to clear some "heavy" users and make the service better for light users.

Restreaming is a big issue but if u pay for 5 connections then u should be able use them as u see fit.

However, I do have one provider who looks to bump resellers and keeping their credits for what ever reason they feel fit. This being said, it may not be Eternal but his server admin doing this and warning Eternal to boot these type of users, you, or he will lose his panels authorization.

As a user for long time, I never signed or even saw a TOS and as a reseller, the TOS is posted one of my 3 but no signing or I agree box. The other 2 I see no warnings. I try to stay away from services that have stringent restrictions like this.

You will surprised how many restream big events and charge for it. It happens a lot when free trials are offered on event day so they do not worry about being booted.

adding m3u to emby is not restreaming, enby is playing stream like any other player they should know that much, lol.

You really have to find the ToS and post it here unless you just want people's opinions

Eternal is trash man ever since they closed the portal for purchase they started having problems and their service wasn't meant for many clients so they main guy fucked up and closed it to the public I had an account too so I know what ur going thru they screwed me on my last month so I went to players klub way better that have VOD and now they allow 2 connections for 8 a month. I even spoke to the main guy on eternal and he said talk to support n I even gave him recommends to make sure it stays well and then ignored me n I warned him then all of the sudden the service has problems ... O well it's not ur fault it's the supports fault they didn't help you or anything . So just move on like I did and try players klub or some other ones . They are close to being like Vader's so u can do better and find better also aldren has to find other backup plans to save himself like ur can check his aldren Mayfield channel on YouTube if you like I just laugh at him .
