IplayTV or IPTVX are by far the best two in my opinion.
Smarters has EPG... For me at least.

GSE IPTV Pro is the one I've enjoyed the most.
IPTVX looks very nice and is quite fast but has limited tailoring options like sorting, renaming favourites. It has no programguide/grid from which you can start playing a channel. IPTVX has many Netflix-like features for VOD too. It’s quite new and gets new functionalities added all the time. Sometimes bugs creep in that are fixed quickly too.
iPlayTV has a basic but clean gui. You can combine favourites from all playlists, rename and sort them. The programguide is viewable by channelgroup (or all) and allows you to start viewing from there. iPlayTV allows you to zap channels by tapping the bottom/top of the remote’s touchpad. iPlayTV is more stable and doesn’t change a lot when compared to IPTVX.
Try both. They’re worth the few bucks.
IPTVX is a new project and you can get in touch with the developer to discuss possible new features. He runs his own subreddit for IPTVX
Besides the ones mentioned I've only even heard of Riptv. but its 2.99
Ministra. Stalker.If you want a proper App. If your intent on using one of the more common apps. GSE Pro is the one for you.
Iplay is by far the best
