Clear data/cache on the app alone. Might not need to reset the box.

Every time I load live tv, it works for 30 seconds or less then crashes with that error. Doesn't seem to be a provider problem as the portal still works on STBEMU/KODI.
If nothing worked (for XPL 3000 model), then turn of the box, unplug the power. Flip the box and find a tiny reset hole at the bottom side of the box. Take a small pin, push the reset button and simultaneously plug in the power. Keep the button pushed for few seconds with the pin. You will see the recovery screen. Wipe cache and factory reset. Once box is started, connect with the internet and wait at the server screen for the latest Buzz app update. Once done then insert your respective server URL. It will work
