I have sent a support message to my provider. I use Voodoo and recently resubbed for 3 months.

I have a Mag 322 box I've been using for 4 months now and I havent had any major issues. Ive tried Reloading portal and restarting my device but nothing works. When I click on account info it does indeed show that my subscription will end November 7th.

Any Ideas? Thanks

you need to contact u service provider, only he can reset your box

What exact message ur getting is it STB Blocked or firmware not supported

Perhaps mag has blocked this url as they have with many many other urls.
