Generally, providers restrict to 1 device. If you have 1 on your main TV and 1 on your bedroom tv AND ONLY WATCH 1 AT A TIME you might be OK. I have a playlist and use it on 3 different devices had have not been banned.
There's a big difference between using on two sticks and using on two sticks at the same time. Using on as many sticks as you like shouldn't be a problem as long as only one is live at any one time
tldr: see if your provider allows multi connection.
if you're using m3u sure if the provider allows to connections. If they don't, they can see you're using too many and can ban you. It might cut the other stream off but I don't think the software is that sophisticated.

Contact your provider for the app. Should not be an issue just need to follow the steps to allow it to install
There are services that allow more than one device.
I have an android box for 1 tv and smart iptv for another, but since UK isps started blocking iptvs , I will need a 2nd device , to be able to install vpn.

If you have 1 m3u connect you can use it on as many devices as you want just not at same time. You won't be banned if you use 2 devices at one time however one feed will cut out and/or buffer so using 2 won't be possible.
