After reading all of the hype around Helix hosting i decided to give them a try.
As the title suggest I have had nothing but problems.
Its not my internet (100Mb down)
Not my device (Nvidia Shield)
Not my WiFi (Have a LAN connection back to my modem)
I have tried everything. Rebooted the router, rebooted my device, cleared cache, tried different apps (Kodi, tivimate, apk), VPN no VPN....etc. I really wanted this service to be as good as the masses suggest, it just wasnt for me unfortunately.
I can only speak about my own situation. I'm in Ireland. Only get approx 30MB down and I've been using them for a year or so now and have never had any problems at all.
I had issues as well. Think it was just my location in regards to servers....because lots of others seem happy.
Helix have its up and downs , used to be a big fan , but the last 6 months at least there streams get from bad to worst ! am testing cloudspal now , been with cloudspal for 2 months and am loving there service , I still have the helix sub since my 1 year sub is not expired yet and they did not offer a refund ! But every time i check to see if there servers are fixed the results are worst !
I always chuckle when I see people say "it's not my internet, device, etc." Why can't it be? Fast internet means nothing. Just because you have a shield doesn't mean the apps you're using aren't the problem. Hardwired doesn't necessarily mean a better connection. My point it you will never be able to 100% trouble shoot issues no matter what you think.
Im in Toronto and sell helix mainly to people in southern Ontario. Minimal complaints. If there are complaints it usually comes down to an issue on the customer side of things.
As someone else said..move on if helix doesn't work for you. Sometimes a service works well for most people and crappy for others. It's the iptv world and nothing is perfect.
What kind of channels buffer for u? I have very Lil issues with them

Helix is on my top 5 providers...and I am hard to please.
It will be sorted if you use VPN . I have same problem, it seems ISPs in the UK blocking helix , as I read ISPs in the UK promised to be more effective toward illegal streaming of PL and block as much as possible at the time of the matches .
Now , I am looking to get some sort of VPN which only changes IP address on my TV but not other devices, because My online job requires “ same IP address all the time within the UK “ , and vpn is not allowed, otherwise I lose the job.
It’s tricky for me now.
How about try our service ? It will change your whole pecking order
I have 3 services offering $15 month for all three. If one is having problems then u got 2 more while u inform me to get the other fixed. 15000 channels total. Different strokes for different folks
That's the name of the game, move on to the next till you find the right one.
