I’ve only recently come across Smart IPTV on my LG TV, I purchased the 4 month subscription off SIPTV too, I am trying to watch Sky Sports on it but it keeps buffering, is there anything that I can do about this? Any help appreciated!

I would never recommend using a Smart tv to run IPTV. Not the best experience.
You can try switching from .ts to .m3u8 (HLS). Sometimes it helps with buffering.
TS is a straight stream, you get what you get.
HLS is a wrapper that connects to multiple streams of varying quality, so it can stream better without buffering.
So hypothetically, what you would see is -
TS - One stream, running at 2 Mb
HLS - Three streams, 1, 2, and 3 Mb.
