Issues with Amazon fire stick

Having loads of lag and buffering with my iptv remote play list, provided by iptv.shop. Used different apps, mostly GSE and the buffering is a an issue on all of them. I got my router on 1st floor and TV is on ground-floor, don't have any other port so an ethernet cable connection is not an option unless...this might sound a stupid question but I'm quite newbie on this so please just be mindful :) i got a TPlink Wi-Fi extender that I've been trying to use for this issue but with no effect, but if I connect the ethernet cable to the fire stick, is it likely I'll see any improvement? maybe it will work it is good to try, maybe not the issue if we can't fix it. first try to unplug router and power from stick to clear cache to start fresh. delete a few apk that u don't use. if u don't know how add an free apk called easyuninstall. uninstall all u do not use. u can always install them. let me know if that fixed it

Hardline is always the preferred method of connection. You want about 20mbps or better for smooth playback. Using the browser on your firestick goto fast.com and check the speed on your firestick.

First thing I recommend to do is go into settings, apps, force close GSE or what ever app, clear cache, restart firestick.

Are you sure your isp provider is not throttling you? Install GSE or similar app on your phone and using cell data see if you are getting the same results.

Also are you sure it’s not your iptv provider giving you crappy service. Many variables.
