The seller will see your PayPal email address. In most cases that is not an issue, there is not much the seller can do with your email.

If you want to completely hide your information, use Bitcoin or other crypto. This ASSUMES your seller/reseller supports crypto.

and using visa/mastercard so buyers can get their
own visa/mastercard preloaded gift cards and pay
that way anonymously.

the trick is to make sure you know the zip code
the gift card was activated to, and use that when
you register for the iptv sub. all the rest of the
info can be bogus (besides your email address).
also try to avoid iptv subs that require a nic mac.
most don't need to anymore, but they still will ask.

the problem with paypal is if they smell a vendor
is doing something illegal, they will close the account.
some iptv resellers are actually ratting out others to paypal
to get rid of their competitors.
visa/mastercard fulfillers don't care as long as fraud stays low.

sadly, most of the better iptv resellers don't work off the darkweb anymore,
where it used to be easy to use ebay'like platforms to buy subs using bitcoin.
this trend is not because the darkweb it a problem, rather that iptv reselling
has "gone legit" and they no longer feel the need to hide from authorities
and want to market to a wider WWW audience.

another way to keep your creds from the resellers is to buy a month at a time
off ebay where the reseller won't bother adding your creds to their system,
he'll simply generate a new prepaid account on his iptv account console gui.
the trick with ebay is to NEVER buy more than a month at a time
so if the reseller screws you, there's still a window to ruin his feedback.
pretty much every ebay reseller of 6-12mo accounts is a total fraud.
even iptv resellers themselves will confide to you not to buy more than 1-3mo
because that iptv system may disappear or just get re-branded at any time.
such is the nature of this business and why there are a fuck ton of brands
reselling pretty much the same "iptv smarters player" based system,
all drawing from the same accumulated stable of 9000 live & series channels.
