so my mom got this box from this guy and paid for a sub to this worldviewz app...this was months ago

we use it periodically for when i bring the kids to work, it plays live tv no problem and they watch cartoons....but I've noticed that the ppv movies on the list, never update and have been the same stuff since she got the box....and when you go click on them it doesn't even play...i've tried updating the channels and shit through the app, but it keeps saying network error....i know there is no issue with internet connection as the box itself says the connection is excellent, it seems like that app itself is having issues,

does anyone know how to resolve this?
