I use HK1MINI+ with 4G ram and 128gb. I got it from Ali Express and it's great, never had an issue. Paid £33

Rock64 4gb ram version has been working well for me. The 2gb version would be fine for IPTV.

I have a My Gica that I got at Walmart a couple of years ago, and it works fairly well for IPTV. You can probably find a cheap stick locally, or go with the Firestick.
