It depends on the model of the TVs and the OS. Plenty of on TV apps work just fine.
I have a Panasonic Viera and there is no IPTV app or any way to add it. They need to get another device.
TVs OS are not supported/slow/clunky, buy Firestick 4k which is Android base for Tivimate or IPTV Smarters.
