Yes beast has a Telegram group. If I remember correctly I found the link on one of their webpages or maybe a reseller's webpage.
they use a discord mainly, you can find the link on their websites knowledgebase.
Beast themselves don't. Well they did but they banned everyone. Find yourself a decent reseller that has a telegram group. There are some very decent ones out there.
Depends on who you got it from, the person i got it from did provide us with a telegram group.
