Hi guys, as per the title, I’m thinking of getting an Apple TV 4K to run iptv Smarters on. Has anyone done this and what’s your experience been?
I’ve been using a fire stick 4K and the sport quality is a little poor compared to when watching through an iPad so hoping an Apple TV may be a good option?

Try TiviMate on your Fire Stick 4K. It's pretty nice.
Iplaytv is a good cheap choice for AppleTV. Hoping some updates come along soon as it’s been about 7 months since last. Only a few apps have any sort of decent real grid guide . Go fire stick unless you want one device to rule them all.

You could get an nVidia Shield for around the same price and have a bigger choice of apps.
Smarters on the Apple TV is an unpleasant experience. IMHO iPlay TV has the best overall UI, but it's got some issues (the biggest one being your favorites can can disappear randomly).. Since the developer doesn't respond to emails or messages here on Reddit, I've given up and started using GSE.
