Yes cards from DN and Bellvu are water marked. This was easy for them and these guys have been around for a long time. It looks like these are the ones they want because they are easy to catch. Card sharing was risky to start with but to make it a public type iptv feed was just plain stupid.
I see a couple of big mistakes.
Never mention what type of services u are getting. Do not say iptv, dish or the name of the services. Do not use credit cards instead use a cash card to pay with or cryptocurrency
Do not use iptv or media in your website. You may want good google leads but google leads leads the unwanted to u.
Cease and desist should never be ignored but in this case I don't think they really were able to send the order to the right people.
Greed gets almost everyone caught and this is why they got caught

Also all those reviews on YouTube can drive allot of traffic (unwanted attention) it needs to be a little more descrete. Just my 2 cents.
It becomes worrying this hunt IPTV providers ..... They have the means to know who streams their channels ???

This is a "source" ie someone who has a Dish Network subscription to steal feeds and stream them to the world
Every single one of them has "IPTV" or "Media" in their name and I haven't looked but if they were that wreckless with their names I'm willing to bet the reseller websites have "IPTV" all over them
Now are they going to get $10,000 per infraction? Well Vaders just settled for $10m and they were making way more than that. Chances are this gets settled out of court for way less money than they made.
Another Toronto-based IPTV server nailed. That is at least 5 in the last couple of months.
