VOD Device and IPTV service that will let me watch the upcoming Rugby World Cup

Hey guys, I currently have a basic IPTV device and subscription that gives me access to a bunch of channels with live tv, however I'm looking for something that will let me watch the upcoming rugby world cup games with VOD.

At first I was looking for a device that records and has playback options, but it seems that it can be pretty unreliable at times..so I guess VOD is the most stable?

Why not just get a subscription that has catchup on the channels that are broadcasting the RWC?

UK provider for the RWC is itv you can access itvplayer through a vpn with a UK server like expressvpn. I use crystal clear IPTV which has rugbypass channels. I believe rugbypass have streaming rights for RWC also. For rugby replays I go to fullmatchtv on the internet
