I use ... (Removed name to keep service somewhat secretive). I am very new to the IPTV scene but I just loaded IPTV smarters up and they do have a Polish section, BUT I cannot tell you what the content/reliability is for the Polish channels since I use it for US channels. I've used them for the last month or so. I can PM you the link if you want to check them out as I know they don't like their link shared a lot.
