A lot of accounts are made manually and can take few hours to get into the system. Usually you will receive the confirmation email once the account is set up. If you haven’t received it within 24hrs start looking elsewhere for service. Also check your spam/junk folder as a lot of the emails end up there.
If you created an account, why can't you log in? If you forgot password try resetting it.
Are you 100% you ordered from the official site? There are many iptv scams out there.
