Depends on the device you intend on using.. you could get a buzz box it uses both MAC address and you have the option to download android apps such as OTT, Smarters, XCIPTV, or any array of other custom apps that those resellers offer, you could go all android and get a firestick, Nvidia shield which is overkill for iptv alone but still a very solid device if you use for other things like plex, netflix youtube all in 4k and ofcourse gaming. I have been using the same reseller for a couple years now and the support group is good, if you want I could share it via DM as they do not advertise.
