Anyone here using Helix? For some reason, the last two times I've paid, some Chinese payment provider processes it and ends up charging me a couple Euros extra due to the exchange rate between Yuan and Euro.
Despite screenshots and proof, Helix denies using any Chinese payment processor and basically says nothing more. Anyone here facing the same issue?
Let mine run out as my CC would not go through.

On Jarvis now... better quality (occasional audio skips) but I haven't given up completely on helix if only payment would go through
That is weird because when I checked out and it was denied, it gave a statement saying that I need to make sure my card is enabled for international transactions because the bank is in Hong Kong.
My problem was that I called my credit card company and they insisted they were approving the purchase while Helix was not. I had to finally use that "testing only" option.
I had bought for the prior 2 months without problems, but this past month the payment process was thoroughly frustrating.
Yeah, I was able to use PayPal in the past and now they deny the ability. Opened like 3 tickets with them to no avail. Switched to Jarvis. 10x better IMO.
For Helix to deny what its doing - despite bald faced evidence - fuck those guys for being GD liars.
There's several Helix resellers that take PayPal and crypto. They also give you 2 connections for the same price as Helix charge for 1 connection.

I didn't have any such issues, however it immediately flagged with my credit card provider as fraud and I had to confirm with them that it was me making the purchase then do the process again.
Despite what others have said, I actually find the new payment portal a hell of a lot better than the old one.
Same issue with Beast this month. They tries to take out an extra $3 in a separate transaction. I just switched banks, so the transaction failed. I'd already transferred that money to new account. I'm done with them. Shady shit. Not the whole business isn't shady. But I really only used it for UFC PPVs.
The crypto payment is fine for me.. I use ltc
Helix sends me a PayPal bill monthly. No issues with payments on my end.
Is helix that better compare to the others ? I would like to try it. Anyone got a link ?
I've paid cc and crypto, never any problem. I've only ever had good experiences with them, not sure why they get slagged so much here.

Tell them your bank is giving you issues over these transactions and ask to switch to PayPal. It will require a new account.
