someone was trying to sell me an m3u iptv smarters pro based sub and said;
"You CANNOT USE A VPN WITH THIS SERVICE. It already has one built in"
i know the software has a seperate vpn client section, but i've never
heard of any reseller actullly giving you their vpn credentials for smarters.

but my resellers dubius claim is different - he claims my own vpn won't work
because his service already provides one, which also makes no sense because
you can vpn a vpn, just like you can drive thru a tunnel inside another tunnel,
it should not matter - so is the reseller full of shit? if so then; what incentive
would he have to only cater to subs who don't already use their own vpn?
