Is Epicstream down?

The app wont open and channels won't play through Tivimate.

Either I'm banned or the service is down.

Edit: Well this is the 2nd complete outage within around 2 weeks. The 1rst led to me learning that there are loads of other services out there and Apps like Tivimate exist. Pretty much will not be renewing with Epicstream no more.

Edit 2: The service is back up.

Edit 3: IMO when any kind of inconvenience big or small, I would appreciate a simple email describing upcoming changes or maintenance. I understand a lot of work goes on behind the scenes but keeping customers informed seems basic business practice. DNS change? Email me/us. Server going to be down? Email me/us. Business sold? Let me/us know via email? If the resellers don't know then they need to know so email them so they can pass it on to their customers. Otherwise shit gets posted on Reddit or some public social media. Thanks.

I'm with a reseller of Epic known as SupernovaTv. I'm down as well. Their website is down and so is Epic's. Problems the past 2 weeks. Up, down, up, down. Wrong channels, no channels. Insane buffering. What gives? Any news please pass it on. Thanks

epic is up, it was just a dns change. Contact your resellers if you need the new url

Some other guys have posted the urls in the other subs too if needed

Epic was taken over by new owners a few weeks ago which is why it went down then and now they are just working out some kinks and trying to make it as good or better than b4. They said it might just take a couple weeks. Yesterday was just a url change or DNS chnage. Hopefully they get back to the quality epic was like they say. I'm gonna give them some time b4 I bail.

They usually reach out to your resellers. Epic has been very up front more than many of the other providers out there.

But what you're asking for is business-like service. If that's what you desire, get a legit sub.

The providers and resellers really don't owe us anything. They do a lot of work to make maybe 5 bucks off of you.

Bottom line is if you don't like something, switch.

Tv is not a necessity and there's no need to treat it as such.

Any notifications or emails would be a nice bonus, but are a very minor detail when choosing a service.
