I hear what you're saying, but if you read the article the guys operating the service were arrested and charged, not the subscribers. I've yet to see a case yet where an actual subscriber to a service has been charged,. It's always the supplier. Makes a lot more sense to go for the big fish.

trolls could have real ip's on everyone who watched these vods
don't be stupid, pay anonymously and vpn stream anonymously.

if an iptv provider insists on real info and non vpn use
fuck them - there are plenty more fish in the iptv sea.

These clowns offered direct downloads to their customers of torrented movies and TV series, that they stored on servers (over 180,000+ tv episodes and 100,000 movies), had a BBB profile, and were ripping their customers off, charging their credit cards fraudulently and laundering money.

Let idiots like this take the heat. The vast majority of services aren't this blatantly stupid.

I've been telling people this for years and have been downvoted and told I was paranoid.

The same shit that happened with file sharing will happen with IPTV streaming. The entertainment industry goons aren't going to just roll over and just accept unauthorized streams.
