most will give you m3u for iptv smarters pro use - that's how i did it. just confirm you can use your vpn with their streams as i've done m3u credential trails where all streams timed out due to vpn use. none of them are legal (only immune from litigation within their country of origination due to that countries laws) unless they are major commercial distributor from an isp like Verizion or content provider like Netflix, in which case they are unlikely to allow generic m3u viewers due to their copyright obligations to their own content providers.
i dont think those 2 terms go hand in hand ;)
