Ouch. Youve had your buzz for a few years now I bet. My boxes are all Android 7 for the most part. I have a couple boxes reflashed with Android 6. Xpl3100 is on android 6.
You can see if auto updates is checked in settings. Other than that u might be stuck with Android 5. Updating it manually is sometimes tricky. What buzz apk version are you even on? 317 is most current.
Are you talking about the buzztv2 app auto shutdown? If so when in the app press menu then configuration. Look got the setting there.
As for sleep mode for the buzz...is there one? I know there's a screensaver but I haven't seen auto sleep setting anywhere.
