I should mention that this is the first time I’ve used IPTV on my new Amazon Fire Stick.

Would suggest that your isp maybe blocking the channel downloads or the provider you are with is down/having problems .
If u have a vpn try with that switched on. Failing that. Speak to your iptv provider
If it takes that long to load you probably need a vpn
Update: I gave up and used TeaTV
Looks like a custom app...do you have the url? You likely have the username and pw already. Anyways if reinstalling the app doesnt work try install iptv smarters pro which is the stick version of the app you have in the pic. You need to login by xc api and need the user/PW/url. If the app doesn't work then you know it's another issue like isp or perhaps even the service.
Uninstall app and reinstall apk will fix this
When this happens with Smarters(this is a reskinned Smarters app) you simply need to delete the user profile and re-add it.
Just click back and select live tv again. I'm a reseller for that service . Same thing for VOD the tv guide is loading on the background
I know of 2 seperate services that are doing channels updates and changing channels or adding a new epg. I realize it is frustrating but these type of upgrade oand changes are usually for the better. Make sure u reboot your wifi and your box is cleared of cache
My current SUB is CloudsPal i had the same issue with smarters iptv , until i asked them to modify my list and remove all countries i do not assist , now in less than 10 seconds it loads
Contact IPTV provider. Shoot em an email, they should help u out if their half decent.
i've trialed >10k live and >10k vod m3u's on a
fast isp with a fire4k the longest was 2 minutes.
iptvbestv takes the longest because they fake
having more channels by making the same ones
redundant over too many other country folders.
sadly a lot of m3u's now do this who think that
marketing quantity over quality - will sell better.

I dunno but if you're using anything other than Tivimate (firestick/Android app) then that's your problem. All the other apps are hard garbage.
Should have loaded withing 40 seconds or less.
