You haven't set it up right then.
Add line via API
Edit/remove/rename channels as required.
Go to each folder - EPG ID assignment
Click country and try automatic the red next to the name should go green. If not type in the name and see if it comes up.

Picicons - Use Xtreme source
Back to Xtreme homepage - click I next to your line.
Copy m3u link and EPG to required app.
Celebrate.
