BEAST TV Customer Service is Sh*T!

I've only had Beast TV for 1 month, and i've had so many problems with it. From Buffering, to Local Channels not working. I was told to log on to Telegram for their "Technical Support." I tried to give them my comlaints about the service, and I get chastitsed about my internet speed, but im running on a 101mbps intenet. Now they said because of the Hurricane they are having troubles. I only said "SMH" and "Terrible," and they blocked me from their Support page. That is UNNACEPPTABLE. I would NEVER reccomend BEASTTV to anyone..not even my Enemy.

hate to say it but honestly never expect customer service from any IPTV provider...do you have any idea what kind of risk they are taking already?

Any help you get should be greatly appreciated because tahts already above and beyond. Your comments were probably not welcomed by someone who is at much greater risk than you.

For customer service, use a reseller. Generally, the larger providers are pretty poor on CS.

I said it and i will say it 100 time , BEAST have a terrible customer support , at first they were gr8 now they are a night mare ! used them for years and now switched to CloudsPal much better customer support and better streams quality

I know what you mean. I've used them too but wasnt happy with them. I had buffering most of the time. Eventually, I end up with another provider. Since I move to this new provider everything works well and customer service is brilliant.

Unfortunately, you’re kinda at their mercy. I currently have one that’s the same way and they have a Discord channel they use and they’re not the nicest in their replies and if you piss them off, they’ll cut off your service. What can you really do? Report them to authorities or the Better Business Bureau?

Just use one of your back up providers and don't renew your sub next month.

It's been great for me, a little late yesterday with the Loma fight but main event was spot on, no complaints, 10 a month i couldn't ask for more AND i have a backup, so if i have any problems i just switch.

Honestly not every service works the same for everyone. If beast doesn't work for you whether its the service or lack of support then move on. No one says you have to use beast. I sell beast as a backup service. It allows 4 connections and works great for the most part. But it's not for everyone.

It's iptv people...we don't pay much. Yet people expect the same customer service as a big telecom company. Who cares if there's no customer service. If there's a major issue then everyone will be affected and it will get fixed eventually. If it's a specific channel you need that isn't working right then it may not be a priority to get it fixed. Move on to a different service that has the channel you need.

You have to find the right service (or 2) for your needs.

IPTV won't work for everyone. You need to understand how Tier 1 providers work with assholes like Comcast etc. Beast might be great for someone else with another ISP and could be totally shit for you. Get a vpn or try another provider. Their dc might work better with your isp. Beast as a provider can't help you with buffering. They can't afford a cdn like legit providers.

As far as customer service, I expect the customer to have some know how of what they are buying and have. Obviously if someone comes to me not knowing what a HDMI port is, he ain't get any help. YouTube has a lot of guides and tutorials for newcomers.

Go with IPGuys/ COD123 , been with them for a year and had no problem. And no im not a reseller or anything just saying my experience
