ProgTV for Fire TV

Can someone please point me in the right direction for installing ProgTV? Getting the run around online. Looks like I have to do it through Google Play, but I don't know how to get that on my FireTV either.

You will probably need to download the APK from some source and Sideload it into the FireTV by using a 3d party app like Apps2Fire . Make sure that the app you want to install is compatible with a FireTV before following the next steps.

Steps:

  • Download the ProgTV apk from apkmirror and save it to your phone
  • Download Apps2Fire and install it in your phone
  • Open Apps2Fire and press add the IP address of your FireTV in the settings section. Make sure to be in the same wifi network.
  • Go back to the main menu of Apps2Fire and press the upload button (An icon with an arrow pointing up)
  • Find the apk you want to sideload and, tap it and then select the "Install" option. It will upload and install the app in your FireTV.
  • Go to your FireTV Home and enjoy your new app :)
