IPTV is not legal, so what do you think. But of course you can sell it on Shopify, lots of illegal stuff is available on there.
Depends on where you live and where you sit in the chain. As an end user it's gray area. It's not really your responsibility to know if fubo or other live TV service have the proper licenses....
IPTV is legal as long as you have authorized content playing on it. Majority IPTV supplier don't have legal contact with channel providers so its not legal if you using those content.
IPTV has always been legal, the CONTENT of your provider (and/or your provider) could not be legal, that's TWO different points of view.
