I somehow managed to lock my Mag322w1 iptv box and like an idiot i messed around in settings and locked it. I tried all the passwords and nothing works. Even tried to revert to default settings in the bios menu by following a youtube video but still takes me back to the same screen. Any help would be appreciated!
I don’t own a mag device but it wouldn’t hurt taking a look at this thread.
By pressing the reset button at the back of the Mag devices will get you into these 3 steps as below.
Step 1 = The front red led will be blinking slow.
Step 2 = The front red led will be blinking fast.
mode 3 = The front red led will be blinking countinesly.
To unlock the bios lock or start up lock get into mode 2 which is fast blinking, press the reset button till the red led light switch from step 1 to step 2, once its in step 2 release it and device will be in a factory reset mode then restart your device by unplugging it from power cable. Hope this will work. Disclaimer: Do it at your own risk as this is my way of doing it and following the instructions from Infomir support.
