Catch Up. What am I missing?

I just signed up for Primestreams through a reseller using their own app.

There is a catchup button on there, but when I click on it, I see '0' everywhere and no ability to look at catchup on local channels, etc. My goal was to be able to see OTA stuff mainly, but I wasn't wanting to get a Recast and an antenna. That's why I wanted to pick a provider with catchup. What am I missing?

Is there something I need to do prior? Is it on the provider end?

Primestreams doesn't offer catch-up. It's simply part of the smarters app but not every provider offers catch-up.

It's simple that Primestreams does not support catchup. The button is just there as part of the app.

Not every channel has catchup. Most apps used for iptv use a little analogue clock icon to show the channels that do. What app are you using?

If you're using their app I imagine it's on their end.

This is the app. They call it Live TV and I've seen others use a similar APK.

Thanks for the help. I'm new to IPTV, and am looking to try different services. I'll give this a month and go from there.
