Is it legal? Probably not, but your odds of being sued are basically zero.
Cable companies have been suing the actual providers of the streams. They are the easiest to take down legally, they have much larger coffers than the clients, and bringing them down takes down all of their clients as well.
There has been ZERO cases of a client being sued anywhere in the world.
