Anyone having issues with TPK?

Got a random email this morning saying my account was suspended, so I logged in and have no new invoices..send out a support ticket and got a vague reply saying they’re no longer accepting PayPal (which I didn’t ask about) and that they will be adding a credit card portal in the upcoming days.

Now when I try to access the site to reply to the ticket I get a ‘critical error’ and the page won’t load.

EDIT: reply went through, just waiting for a reply.

Basically I’m just trying to see if anyone is having any issues with their service at all?

People have been complaining on there Facebook page for a few days now with suspended service so good luck

I would suggest you check the Discord group - they have a lot of info there and more up-to-date when there are issues. From what I know, they are resolving some issues with their payment portal these days but they should be resolved soon.

Got a similar invoice stating they do not take PayPal and switched mine to bitcoin. Do not have bitcoin. Finally was able to pay through cc right before my sub expired.orherwise I'd been done with
