I'm trying to access the Inner Portal, but whenever I do, it keeps doing the Software Autoupdate to "2.20.09r4-324" from July 2019. It reboots, and then begins to Autoupdate again to the July 2018 version "2.20.08r2-324".
It's a continuous cycle, any help on this is appreciated.
I don't have much experience with this box but if it's like the old mag boxes you can try resetting the box to factory right after you first plug it in, keep pressing the menu button.
